SALE 1930's Composition Shirley Temple Doll 20 Inch

Let me start off by saying that I am in no way an expert on vintage dolls. So I'll be as wordy as I can, and include a lot of photos.... This doll belonged to my mother, although she got is as an adult, not when it was new. She looks all original to me. The wig looks great, but I can't swear that it's not a replacement. It looks right, but like I said, I'm no expert. She has an open mouth, with 4 teeth. She has sleep eyes, with all of the eyelashes, and they open and close freely. Her shoes look original, and I don't want to take them off, but judging from the condition of the rest of the doll, I am assuming that everything is OK. She has very minor wear to her fingertips on the left hand. None on the right. There are no deep cracks or lifting of the composition, that I see. Her little knees are still pink. Her face is a bit dirty, and there is some minor, shallow crazing on her left cheek (see close-up photo). On her neck, where it joins the body, it looks like there was a repair, about the size of a nickle. It's hidden by her hair. Her blue eyes are bright, and unclouded. I haven't taken her dress off, but looking at as much as I can, she looks perfect under there! The dress and undergarments are all one piece, and could use a cleaning. Stamped on her back, between her shoulder blades, is. "SHIRLEY TEMPLE 20*". While on her doll stand, she's solid, but when you take her off, the limbs and head are loose, so I think she could be restrung.
