This wonderful old stoneware bowl is extra large and quite rare in this generous size. Often used for making bread, this bowl has all the requirements of a homesteaders kitchen bowl because of it wide size and stability.

This has a dark brown glaze over a tannish pottery which has several age related chips on the base edge and top lip edge(seen in photo).

A great addition to any country kitchen, this measures 12 1/2'' across and is 6'' deep with a 8 1/2'' base.

Marked in raised letters on bottom, E.S. & B. From the early 1900's.

Weighs over 8 lbs.
