This well done oil painting of a winter wooded snow scene is from the 1950'-1960's, and is signed by the artist. It is in a beautiful gilded wood frame which has an oval insert surrounded by delicate raised scrollwork.

This was in my family for many years and is signed by the artist, P. Allen or Patton in the lower corner. The quality of this painting is very nice, as well as the decorative vintage frame.

Measurements are 23 1/2'' wide by 29'' high with the oval frame 3 1/2'' in width surrounding painting.
