19th Century French Mini Vanity. Notice the deep bevel in the mirror of this French miniature vanity. The silvering on the mirror is still in good condition and the piece appears to have the original blue trinket dish with white enameled flowers.The dish has no chips or cracks , but the gold scrolling around the flowers shows wear. The ormolu surrounding the beveled mirror ends in a french bow with draping tassels on each side.The feet are lovely scrolls and the bowl is encircled in a bamboo design ormolu. Each side has round filigree perfume holders. Unfortunately, the perfumers are no longer with the piece. The back of the mirror has old french silk fabric.This is a wonderful piece and one of the more ornate that I have found. Height- 7 3/4 inches and width- 7 1/4 inches
