At Cachet Antiques, whether you buy a funky collectible from us or a rare antique, you're entitled to the same high level of customer service and attention. We are collectors too, and want your shopping experience to be fun and rewarding. We make sure our items are photographed properly, described accurately and shipped with the utmost care. Layaway options available, please inquire.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance.
I cannot be responsible parcels lost or stolen by the postal corporations . I will have the receipt for the shipped item and a claim can be made for the insured amount only.

Restocking Fee:
It is very rare for us to have a return however we must charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned to cover costs.

Other Information:
I do offer layaway, just email to discuss options.
Payments are non refundable if you choose to not follow through on the purchase agreement. There are no returns on layaway items.

If you prefer the convenience of paying with credit card I must add a handling fee of 4% to items over $100.
