This is a beautiful antique Limoges France white bisque porcelain or parian hinged jewelry box. You will see modern reproductions of this box, this one is the original. The lid has a raised design of a maiden with child. All around the perimeter we have swans and columns. The box measures 3" wide, and 1 1/2" tall. The slide is set with a lovely sparkling .22 diamond. The slide measures 1 1/4" in length and is 3/4" wide. Lovely and thick it is marked 14k.
