A beautiful Edwardian Silver Necklace set with Marcasites with a Heart shaped Pendant Drop. The Necklace, dating from c1910, is marked 'Silver' on the back of the Heart and 'Sterling' on the Spring Clasp.

The Necklace measures 15 1/4 inches long with the central marcasite set section measuring 1 1/2 inches across and the Heart Pendant measuring 7/8 inch across with a drop of 1 inch.

The Necklace is in excellent condition with no damage or missing marcasites - these are all in beaded settings so are extremely unlikely to fall out. The Silver has a lovely aged patina which contrasts beautifully with the sparkling marcasites. A totally original piece which has been with one owner since new - and looked after perfectly.
