Our Service Pledge To You:
You can expect a response to all questions and orders within 48 hours. We guarantee the authenticity of all of our items. We will let you know in the item description if we are not sure of an item's origin. We will work with you personally to resolve any problems that may occur with shipping or satisfaction with items purchased.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping and handling charges and insurance calculated by weight of items. Buyer may choose 2 to 3 day shipping or traditional shipping (less expensive).We provide next day shipping on smaller items and jewelry, and two to three day shipping on larger items.You will be notified by e-mail if there will be any delays in shipping.
Insurance is required on all items. We prefer to have payment for purchase orders within 7 days. Please feel free to e-mail if there will be a delay. Please refer to our Lay-Away Plan for extended payment time.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

-$101 to $300 balance due in 2 monthly payments
-$301 to $500 balance due in 3 monthly payments
-$501 to $700 balance due in 4 monthly payments
-$701 to $900 balance due in 5 monthly payments
-$901 to $1,200 balance due in 6 monthly payments

If you have an item on layaway and we don't receive a payment that is due,we will send you a reminder notice. If the payment is not received in 14 days from this notice, the item will go back on the open site. You will receive a refund for payments made,minus the 10% down payment.
