Absolutely gorgeous hand-stitched fine cotton blouse! This blouse is all hand stitched lace, cut-work and hand embroidery. It has long sleeves with lace cuffs. It has a collar trimmed in lace. It had a deep rectangular neckline It buttons in the front and has a panel to cover the buttons called a vestee.There is a long tie in the back that was used to keep the blouse tucked in. This blouse is dated from the early 1918. It measures 15 inches across the shoulders, it is 17 1/4 inches long in the back and 20 inches in the front. The top width of the sleeve is 6 1/2 inches and the sleeves are 23 inches long. It is 22 inches wide at the chest.It is in very good condition, with a small repair on the back. and a few stains which we will attempt to remove.
