Soothing, delicate, yet vibrant colors of pastel apatite and lavendar amethyst form the front part of this youthful choker-style necklace. The amethyst is especially good quality, clear and wonderfully faceted for maximum brilliance, while the gentle apatite briolettes are smooth and shaded from very pale to a slightly deeper shade. Each amethyst is held in place by an 18k gold vermeil cap which gives contrast and a division between the two gem colors. The gold-filled curved back piece measures 8" and the removable gemstone front piece is almost 10'', so the whole necklace is nearly 18" long.

This is one of my new, original designs. It is lightweight and easy to wear, very contemporary.
