Luscious Sea Blue Apatite Necklace

Apatite is the gem that looks like the ocean would look if it were a gemstone - really, all of the greens and blues are there. In this example the three center jewels are exceptional in their clarity and shape and lightfulness, cut in a sort of twist and expertly faceted. They're pretty big, too, at 7mm. Then, the main body of the necklace is made of clear and sparkling 4mm faceted roundels in every possible shade of aqua, teal, turquoise, greenish-blue. These beads were very pricey because of the quality and color. It has a secure, lock-in, barrel-shaped and ribbed clasp of 14k gold fill. Finished length is 16". Suitable for any age person. If we ever have another sunny day up here in Oregon I'll get a few more photos.
