SOLD Carnelian Necklace with 14k Gold Fill Links

One sleek three-sided carnelian gem on links of glimmering 14k gold fill chain has a hand-hammered "S" clasp to complete the piece. The polished stone is 1 1/2" long and each side is 3/8", so the size is not at all overwhelming but it makes a definite statement. The handcrafted open-work bead above the gem is 18k gold vermeil (sterling underneath). Maximum length of the necklace is 23" and it can be worn at any desired shorter length simply by moving the clasp along the 1/2" links of this very stunning and pricey chain. I almost kept this one for myself because it is such a versatile accent for almost any outfit.
