Collectibles:Paintings, Prints:Signed New York Framed Pencil Sketch

This original pencil drawing is of a beautiful Gibson Style woman with upswept hair. It’s signed by the artist in the lower right and the signature looks like McMeid or McNeil. It was drawn on the back of a 1 cent divided back postcard and then cut to fit the easel back brass frame. The frame is gilded brass and French style decorated with scrolls and a ribbon detail at the top. It still retains the original convex glass. The back of the frame is marked Fred K. Loeser & Co.
