A beautiful signed Delfts, Made for Royal Sphinx by Boch Belgium Holland, 9 inch tall, 6 panel urn/vase is being offered for your consideration. This vase is in wonderful condition. There are 2 designs for the six panels and they repeat around the vase, one a floral design and the other a lovely Dutch scene of a windmill and cottage at the edge of a lake or ocean with sail or fishing boats in the background. The opening and base of the vase are both 3 inches and it is 6 inches at it's widest point, being 19 inches in circumference at that point. We have had difficulty establishing an exact date for the vase's production, on-line sources, that give dates for the use of this mark, vary from 1910-1950. The anomalies; glaze skips and tiny glaze pits, dust bumps etc. that are present on the piece are consistent with pieces produced at the first of the 20th century. The only other items noted on our close examination of the vase were several small pits and nicks in the unglazed foot ring and it could not be determined whether this had occurred at the time of production or since then. This lovely vase or urn will certainly enhance most any decor.

Please examine the urn/vase in detail by clicking on the thumbnails or 'Larger Views'.

This beautiful and highly collectable vase qualifies for my no interest lay-away plan. Please email us for the details on this payment option. Credit card and e-checks payments are available via Pay Pal.
