An original vintage genuine delft 1970 Christmas Tile depicting a snow covered church on Christmas Eve in its original box is offered for your consideration. The tile was designed by Gerrit Neven in Holland and made by N.V. Plateelbakkerij Schoonhoven. It is 6 inches square and will come to you in its original paste board box. The triangular hanger on the back of the tile is rusty, the cloth by which it is attached is discolored and there is some discolored adhesive showing around the cloth as well (see photos), otherwise the tile is in perfect condition. The box is in good condition for its age; it has yellowed with age and has some light wear to the edges and corners (see photos). A wonderful Christmas gift or addition to a delft collection; especially for someone for whom the year 1970 is significant.
