A beautiful La Belle China antique pottery cider/water pitcher (also called a lemonade pitcher) in a pink floral pattern by the Wheeling Pottery Co., Wheeling, W. Virginia, U.S.A. is being offered for your consideration. The pitcher is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or hairlines and it is bright white, clean and the glaze is shiny. The gold sponge trim is in very good condition around the base and opening; faded and almost gone on the handle. It measures 7 1/2 inches tall at the highest point of the handle and 8 inches at it's widest portion; it does have the era typical crazing, glaze pits, dust in the glaze bumps and small iron specs It was produced between 1893 and 1910. A beautiful example of antique American ironstone pottery and a wonderful addition to any tableware or pottery collection!
