SOLD 1920's Birdseye Maple Full Size Bed

The headboard and footboard on this pretty Birdseye Maple bed have a slight curve at the top. But, the overall design is one of simplicity. The grain of the wood is what really makes the bed stand out. This is a full size bed, and it is shown with a full size mattress and box springs. The finish is original, and still in good condition. The backside of the headboard that normally faces the wall is finished, so the bed could be placed away from a wall. The wood on the headboard backside is not birdseye, it is plain maple.

The bed is 56 1/2 inches wide. The headboard is 48 inches tall and the footboard is 38 inches tall. The wooden wheel casters are original and they work very well. This bed is sturdy, and has the original side rails.
