Here's a wonderful matching set of 3 ornate Victorian era steeple tip door hinges. They were removed from an old farm house near us that was going to be torn down. We have removed all the old paint that covered the hinges so thickly that the beautiful design wasn't visible. These sturdy hinges are still in very good condition and ready to be put to use. The hinge pins have been lubricated and the hinges move freely on them.

The hinges have the size 3 inches x 3 inches and a patent date on the back side. The patent date is very difficult to make out, but many of these old hinges were made in the last quarter of the 19th century. This size would be ideal for a small closet door, cabinet, cupboard or transom window.
