This grand old Oak Sellers kitchen cabinet was named the Mastercraft when it was introduced in the early 1900’s. It was the top of the line at that time. The white porcelain work surface pulls out to give you more room for food preparation. The porcelain surface is great for rolling out pie dough or kneading bread. There is a bracket on the right side that holds a vintage Keen Kutter food grinder that comes with 3 different size plates.

The top has four doors, each with an original caramel slag glass panel at the top. Each door is fitted on the interior with useful metal holders and racks. There is a spring loaded cookbook holder that holds the books flat while you read the recipe. The roll up door works smoothly. The bottom has one long drawer, and also a row of three drawers on the side. The bottom one is made of tin and is meant to be used as a bread drawer. The double doors have a pullout shelf behind them for pots and pans. On the inside of the doors are wire holders for pot lids or other kitchen items. There’s also a pull out cutting board located just below the porcelain top. The flour bin has a patent date of November 1916. It tilts out and can be filled from the back.

This is a 2 piece cabinet and it measures 70 inches tall, 48 inches wide and 26 inches deep when the porcelain top is pushed in all the way. This cabinet has been completely restored to its original appearance. The porcelain top is in very good condition. All hardware, including the Sellers manufacturer’s metal label is original. The casters on the feet were replaced. We were not able to save the original tin bread drawer and sliding lid, so it was replaced with an identical replica. We have more than 25 years of experience in furniture restoration and when we restore a piece, we give it a very thorough going over. Kitchen cabinets are one of our favorite things to restore and we have sold many of them. If you would like a quote for delivery to your location, please contact Keith Bradshaw @ 828-432-7510. We can also deliver to areas within a 200 mile radius for $1.00 per mile, one way. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call us.
