Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for all shipping, insurance, and packaging costs. We require all breakable items to be insured.
International buyers must use PayPal to pay for items.

Restocking Fee:
It must be returned in same condition received. (Shipping and insurance cost are non-refundable). You must pay shipping and it must be insured on the return trip for amount paid.
There will be a 15% of original purchase price less shipping, handling, and insurance costs for restocking and handling fee.

Other Information:
Texas residence must pay 8.25% sales tax.
Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal (Immediate shipment upon PayPal payment), but we also accept Cash, USPS Money Orders only, and Personal Checks made payable to "William Boswell" (USA Only! Allow 8 business days to clear before shipping!)
