Mid to late 1960s game used and worn University of Western Michigan basketball jersey. Heavyweight durene knit, made by Rawlings, size 46. All letters and numerals are sewn on in 2-layer tackle twill. Side striping woven within fabric. BEAUTIFUL JERSEY! Game used with no major damage. Jersey is made of durene (sometimes spelled dureen). Durene is cotton that is chemically treated to add luster and shine, and to prevent shrinkage and make easier to absorb fabric dyes. BRIGHT and SHINEY! Beautiful jersey!
