A lustrous smooth skinned coin pearl, 12mm, supports a pristine emerald cut sky blue topaz, both enveloped in 22k gold vermeil.

The brushed satin finished band is 3/16" wide and stylishly rimmed on one side with vermeil.

The last picture shows the Michou 'eye' maker's mark along with a 925 stamp which means sterling silver.
