Hammersley Howard Sprays Tray Plate, Signed

Hammersley & Co. one of the Staffordshire Potteries in England produced this beautiful oblong tray plate in the "Howard Sprays" pattern. The white bone china body has sprays of various coloured flowers with gilding around the rim and delicately moulded tab handles. It is signed "F Howard". It measures 20cm (8 inches) in length and 12cm (4¾ inches) in width. The green printed backstamp on the base reads: "Bone China Hammersley & Co, Made in England". Condition is excellent – there are no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs and the gilding is just like new. A stunning tray plate to add to any collection!
