This beautifully decorated posy bowl was produced in the 1930s by Carter, Stabler & Adams (Ltd) - under the Poole Trade Mark – based in Poole, Dorset, England. This is the middle size in a set of three posy bowls designed by John Adams. The pattern of flower sprigs was designed by Truda Adams/Carter.

It measures 6cm (2¼ inches) in height and 8.5cm (7¼ inches) in width. The impressed back-stamp on the base reads – 175, Poole, England – and the letters BF have been hand painted

This delightful piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. What a unique addition to any collection!
