Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. All items must be insured for full value as I cannot be responsible for the USPS once the item has left my hands.
Certain larger items may have to be picked up as I cannot carry them to the post office. I ship once a week, after check has cleared, usually on Saturdays. Uninsured items are at your own risk, all items are shipped with tracking information. All International items will be shipped with insurance and have a customs form, I will not lie on a customs form, please do not ask me to do so. Insurance is $1.35 up to $50USD, $2.45 up to $100USD and then an additional $1.05 per $100 USD after that. Domestic items are shipped USPS Priority wherever possible.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% re-stocking fee on all items returned. Due to some buyers ordering jewelry for special occasions and then returning it, i am afraid this is not negotiable anymore.

Other Information:
Layaway available on any purchase over $100. 25% down, payable in full within 60 days.
