One of the finest of the series of Volupte Magnificent Figural Enameled Powder Compact Cases is this incredibly detailed piece. It is in excellent vintage condition and features Falconer's and forest animals among leave and fronds in a gilded and high detailed scenic design. It measures 3 3/4 inches square and has a mirror inside, and a place to put your powder. Some very slight enamel loss on the back, but only when looked at very carefully, this is still probably in the best condition I have ever seen one of these.
