Look at this it is a cute miniature Limoges parlor set they all have a wonder gold silhouettes Limoges on them. the 3 chairs have two and the table has one. The silhouettes are about a lovely pair of Victorian style sweethearts, it seems as though the man is proposing to her down on one knee and on the other he is kissing her hand and asking her to dance with him in the lovely garden,and on the table he is kissing her hand,There are shrubs, flowers,vines and grass all done in gold, and it is all set with a beautiful colbalt blue background it is a beautiful scene.They are all encased in a rope that is twisted all through the chairs and table, and the chairs are have balloon shape backs and the whole set is gilded brass,all of the chairs have four legs and only two have arm rest the table has three legs, what a beautiful work of art, The table measures 13/4"high and at the widest diameter 63/4"wide,the chairs measures 23/4"high and at the widest point 51/4"wide.This beautiful Limoges parlor set was made in the 60's and they were made with quality,all of the backs of every Limoges are stamped with Porcelaine de Limoges Made in France.This would make a wonderful collection item for anyone for display for a doll house what ever ones delight.It is very hard to capture the Limoges stamp on these items the gold is so bright.The Limoges vase is black and gold and has a beautiful scenery of golden flowers on both sides of it and a golden trim around the lip and it measures 2 1/2" high and at the widest point about 9 1/2" in diameter and it has Limoges stamp on the bottom. All of these beautiful Limoges make a wonderful addition to anyones collection.
