This is a beautiful bronze gilded leaf bowl for the dresser to hold pins and such.This beautiful leaf bowl has a wonderful shine to it and looks exactly like a leaf, the designer who name is Oskar Hansen modeled this item used real leaves for this,although this is his design this leaf was made later after Handsen passed, but the copyright date is 1948 and this item was made in 1968.This leaf is made of gilded bronze over cast iron and it has all the veins and lines that a leaf has and is a beautiful work of art,and the candle holders are made in two sections,with upside down bowl on the bottom and a plate on the top with 3/4" tip sticking out of the middle of it to hold the candle steady and it also has green felt on the bottom so that it doesn't scratch the table and the leaf measures at the widest point 71/2"long and it stands 2"high,the candle holders measures 12" at the widest point and is 2" high.This leaf and candle holders are in perfect condition and has patina on it and is a good collectors item.
