The 6 pieces are the stand, the warmer, a piece to control the heat of the flame, a holder for the pot, the pot and the lid.

I took pictures 2 through 6 in order so you can see each individual piece.

This set is in very good condition but there is a chip on the edge of the piece that controls the heat the pot is exposed to. This is visible in picture #3.

I do not know the maker of this set. The bottom of the pot is marked D-2 (picture #8) and the underside of the lid has a mark incised on it but I can't make out what it says (picture #7).
