Old Bisque Miniature Candle Snuffer Figure of an Old Woman

This hard to find old miniature figural candle snuffer, is of an old woman, bent over from the weight of the basket on her back. She has a hand painted face, and carries a loaf of bread under her arm, and is walking with the aid of a walking stick. Her dress is gray, worn with a white apron, and has a soft blue bonnet tied in a bow under her chin. This would be an old Staffordshire piece from the 1800s, and measures a dainty 2 ¼” tall, by 7/8” wide, very hard to find, and in excellent condition. A rare find to add to your collection. .
