Fine China & Porcelain, Transferware, Glass, Sewing Collectibles, Victorian Treasures & Small & Precious Items for Your Home.
This gorgeous Victorian Plate features two beautiful Cherubs or Angels, one with a tambourine and the other playing a flute. Between them is a lovely garland of pink Roses and other flowers, topped with a golden yellow ribbon bow, all against a background of blue sky with puffy white clouds, and with gold around the rim. This delightful plate is fine china made by C. Tielsch, in Silesia, Germany in the late 1800s. It measures 6 1/8" across and is in excellent condition with no damage of any sort, except for a little normal wear on the gold rim, which is to be expected after over 100 years. I have 3 of these available. Please be sure to click on photo for enlargement and more pictures so that you can really enjoy this lovely piece. Thank you for shopping with us and please take a minute or two to check out some of our other treasures, and our sister shop, Fox and Hounds, which you can find by clicking on the link at the top of my home page.
