Antique, Victorian Hand Painted Rose Charger or Round Platter

This Victorian porcelain charger or round platter is beautifully shaped and the hand painted roses are very lovely. The are in shades of red and pink with a good feeling of depth. The rim area is relief molded and painted in a soft and feminine pink accented with hand applied gold. There are no makers marks, which is not unusual on a piece this age. It measures 12" across and 1 3/4" high and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing and just a little normal wear on the gold on the rim. A truly super piece so don't let this one get away from you. When you look at the photos, the color of the rose on the third picture is the true color.
