Early 2 Part Sheraton Mirror Gold Gilt

Here is an incredibly rare and beautiful 2 part Sheraton Mirror. It is all original with carved gesso designs – all gold gilded. It dates from the first quarter of the 19th Century. The mirror measures 26 ¾”h x 2 3/8” deep x 14 3/8”w. The condition is very good and the surface patina is absolutely to die for – there is some extremely minute scratching to the silver back of the mirror.
