Here is a totally outstanding pair of European clogs/shoes dating from the 19th century or very earlier 1900’s. They are completely hand made – every inch hand stitched. They are made of velvet and the soles are leather made up of several several layers – each layer is stitched through to the next. The leather on the soles of these shoes is very unusual it actually looks like what we would find inside of her shoes.
