We respond to all orders within 24 hours. We guarantee the authenticity of all of our items. If you are not satisfied that the item you have purchased is exactly as described we will refund your total payment.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance.
All Items are shipped by 2-3 day Priority Mail. All orders over $100 must be insured by the buyer. I will adjust shipping costs on multiple orders.

If you are an interested buyer outside of the United States please email me. I normally ship by First Class International Registered Mail. I will discuss shipping costs outside of the United States on a case by case basis.

Layaway available on full price items over $100. Layaway is not available on sale items, Dealer discounted items or on items where "Offers" have been accepted. Terms of layaway: 50% down with balance due 60 days from initial payment. I charge a 20% fee for items not paid in the agreed upon time-span.

Restocking Fee:
Bloomtiques does not charge a restocking fee on returned merchandise.

Payment is expected by Pay Pal within 3 working days. If paying by Money Order or Personal Check please contact me for address to send payment.
