Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping and insurance on jewelry items is free by US Postal Service priority mail for items $25.00 and above, and by US Postal Service first class mail for items under $25.00 within the United States. Items $50 and under are insured by the shop, items over $50 will be insured by postal insurance. If you have a problem with your shipment or your item, please contact me and the shop will arrange for your refund. Please see specific item descriptions or shipping rates outside the U.S. Fed Ex or UPS can also be used at the buyers expense (please email for rates). Utah residents must add 6.8% sales tax.

Restocking Fee:
Blind Wolf Spirit does not charge a restocking fee.

Other Information:
I guarantee my merchandise to be exactly as described in my item descriptions or your money back. I will note any flaws that I have knowledge of in my item descriptions and endeavor to reflect those in my pricing.

Payment by PayPal is expected within 5 days of my acknowledgment email. After 5 days have passed, I reserve the right to put the merchandise back out for sale. I can only accept credit card payments through PayPal. You can use your credit card to pay by PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. Just choose the PayPal payment option and then select "use your credit card or bank account without a PayPal account.” Email me if you have questions about this.

Blind Wolf Spirit does not accept personal checks. If you are paying by cashiers check/money order you will receive payment instructions in your order confirmation email. Cashiers check/money order payments should be received within 10 days of the initial order confirmation. If not received in that time, I reserve the right to put the merchandise back out for sale.

Payment from outside the U.S. must be made by PayPal and payment must be received within 5 days.

Blind Wolf Spirit offers 90 day layaway on all shop items with 10% down and the remainder to be paid within the 90 days. I can be flexible about the amount of time on the layaway, especially for more expensive items. Do not be afraid to ask if you need a longer amount of time, I will work with you if I can. If you cannot complete your layaway purchase, I reserve the right to withhold a 10% handling fee from your refund, however this is negotiable and depends on the circumstances.
