This gorgeous Native American made, Sterling Silver horse brooch is inlaid with pink Coral, Mother of Pearl, Jet, and two very thin lines of Lapis. The brooch was made in the 1970's and is hallmarked "Sterling" and "V©". I love the design of this piece with the cut out main and tail, and the leg movement. The brooch measures 1 3/4" high (highest point to lowest point) x a little over 3" long. The brooch is in very good condition with some light surface scratches. The pin mechanism is in good working condition.
