It is made to hang on the wall, but could also dress up a center table and hold fruits, vegetables or anything really.

I have found little on the maker. I think there are brothers who put out these pieces, but not much more do I know at this time.

There is a small chip on the bottom rim, not noticeable from the front as you can see. The white within the black is from the glare of the light on the plate.

Black and white are the colors. 16 3/4" round is the size. It has three legs on which to sit approximately setting a 2 1/2" high, or you can hang it as I have in my office.
