This lovely necklace has such beautiful light gold/yellow colors that it is a perfect addition to your summer (or anytime!) jewelry collection. Since the trend for today's fashion calls for long necklaces, this one fits the bill. It is 29" in length and falls to about mid-cleavage level.

The pendant is a pear shaped Agate in a muted gold color with light green inclusions. I added a sterling silver bent 'stick' to the top then the pendant drops from the necklace via a decorative ice pick bail. That sits between two 6mm Prehnite faceted round beads. Following are large chips of Mother of Pearl, then more Prehnite, sterling silver rondelle, a citrine cube and another rondelle, then a continuous sequence of Mother of Pearl chips and Prehnite round beads to the conclusion ~ a bent sterling silver criss cross round toggle clasp. The matching earrings contain the same elements and drop from sterling silver ball end ear wires.

I just love this creation! it's so much fun to find a pendant and then complementary beads to accent it. I have a tendency to like slightly out of proportion pendants and this one I think exhibits it's own character, enhanced with the bent 'stick'.
