Our Service Pledge To You:
I normally mail shipments within 24 hours of receiving payment. When payment is by personal check or money order, I normally wait 10 business days to ship to allow the bank to clear the items. I attempt to describe all items correctly but if you feel I have made a mistake please let me know. I strive to make every transaction one that is mutually beneficial.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance. I usually charge a handling fee on $1 to $2 for most smaller packages but large expensive items require more packing care and handling costs will be higher.

Restocking Fee:
I charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

Other Information:
No sales taxes.
