Elegant Horse's Head Sculpture with Aquatic Touch, Signed

This sculpture really spoke to me when I saw it at a beach front estate sale. It was sitting on a pedestal in front of a very large glass wall over looking the ocean. It will look just as lovely in the office of a horse enthusiast! This piece sits on a 6 x13 inch base which is 1 5/8" thick. I believe the base is wooden. The sculpture is plaster material which has been painted a deep green. The Horse's mane is displayed as sea shells. Overall height is 16", The artist signature is hard to read but appears to be Lenor Reys. Another marking shows a copyright symbol with the number 81 which I take to be 1981. The letters ALLA follows that. I believe that this piece can bring a lot of joy to the right person.
