We guarantee the authenticity of all our items. We follow the American Art Pottery Association guidelines, especially on our pottery offerings, but we always want happy customers.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. For small items, handling will be a minimum of $1.00 to a maximum of $5.00, depending on the item. We pack well, double boxing where appropriate. My preferred carrier is FedEx Home Delivery for lower 48 states delivery. I am working with a 3rd party insurer and Insurance is included for the lower 48 states and will be included in other shipping quotes.
Large items such as furniture may be picked up locally or I will be happy to work with you to find a suitable shipper.

Damaged items are handled separately. Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the postal insurance.
Should damage occur despite careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent. We will be happy to assist in this. If a claim is to be made, please be sure to retain all original packaging as the shipping agent will be required to examine it. We will provide
all the information, forms and documentation necessary to file an insurance claim.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
Louisiana residents must add 9% sales tax.
