These original, hand colored, copperplate engravings - Aurantium Flore Duplici (Plate 391) and Limon Sbar Donios (Plate 253) are from Hesperides Sive de Malorum Aureourum Cultura e Libri Quatuor published by Giovanni Ferrari in Rome, 1646. The plates were drawn, engraved and colored by Cornelis Bloemaert. These very rare prints measure 9.25" X 13.5" with a platemark at 7.75" X 11.75".
