Sterling Silver Sugar Shell Spoon by Gorham c1895 — Chantilly Pattern

A Sterling Silver Sugar Shell Spoon made by the Gorham Corporation of Providence, RI. It's in the elegant Chantilly pattern (gold wash version), circa 1895. It's in very nice condition with no bends, damage or repairs. The gold wash in the bowl does show a little wear around the edges (please see the pictures). It measures 6-3/16" long and weighs 0.85 Troy Oz. It is not monogrammed. It's marked on the back with the "Lion, Anchor, G" Gorham maker's mark, Pat.95, Sterling, H.O. Hurlburt & Sons. H. O. Hurlburt & Sons was a Philadelphia, PA jewelry, watch and silver wholesaler and retailer from 1814 through somewhere around the 1940's. Just for fun I've included a photo of their location from around the turn of the century at 942 Market St. The location currently houses a McDonald's. How's that for progress? Thanks for looking!
