Our Service Pledge To You:
We are committed to excellent service. We will respond to email within 24 hours, unless our shop is in vacation mode. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received, for all payments except personal check. Personal checks will be held for 10 business days before we can ship your treasure.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
When possible, we will include shipping charge in the individual item descriptions. If no shipping charge is shown in the description, please email us for the final total. Heavy or large items with no shipping charge in the description will be shipped at actual USPS cost, plus insurance. Most items are shipped USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. We never charge a handling charge. Buyers outside of the US must contact us for shipping charge quote. International purchases must be paid via paypal. Amounts listed in item descriptions are for US shipments only. Purchases over $100, we pay shipping and insurance!

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Payment must be received within 10 days. Items will be returned to shop inventory if we do not receive payment within that time or do not hear from the buyer regarding other arrangements. Payment by check or money order must be made out to Joanne Rudis. In some cases, the antiques and collectibles in our shop may show some wear or have slight manufacturing flaws which does not diminish the value or beauty of the piece. If there is wear, flaws or damage, this will be described and photographed as best as possible.
