How many ways do you love blue?
Here's one that's easy to love: Robert DeMario's most brilliant faux lapis lazuli and ultramarine bead necklace.
This chunky three-strand bead creation embraces blue in all its magnificent intense shades: gold-flecked faux lapis, translucent faux sapphire rounds, and faceted crystals, with and without aurora borealis coating.
You can look far and wide, but probably few would come close to the intensity — or should I say "fire" — that this stunning necklace has.
Even the richly gilt bead caps and spacers accentuate the brilliance. So, too, do the bands at the end, which are gilt and actually resemble flames.
The different types of beads are both glass and lucite, and they alternate along the three strands. They range in size from 7mm along the ends to 11 along the center portion.
The necklace is about 17" long, which includes a 3" extension chain. It has a floret-tipped hook, which also has a sapphire blue rhinestone accent. Width along the widest center portion is 2".
This necklace is in excellent condition, as if not used.
If you're looking for a stand-alone that can go from casual to white tie, this is it!
