This three-dimensional chunky flower necklace is exquisitely detailed and finely crafted to look like fine jewelry, or Rosenstein's famous gold vermeil. From its rhinestone-encrusted petals to the flat oval link chain, it exudes high class and elegance.

The prolific Rosenstein, designer of clothing, accessories and jewelry, is best known for her heraldic and figural pieces. Her creations are prized for excellent design and top quality materials, plus great attention to details. Our necklace embodies all those attributes.

Especially the flower pendant — just look! The multi-layer bloom has four layers, three of them packed tightly with rhinestones. These include a ball at the very center, a circlet of slightly larger rhinestones, and eight petals. The fourth is the base layer of larger petals, all gilt and textured to look like the real thing (down to the irregular edges).

About 2" x 2" round, with a depth of almost 3/4". Its back has a herringbone-type texture, and is marked Nettie Rosenstein in script within a skinny oval.

The pendant is permanently suspended on one of the nicest chains I have ever seen on any piece of jewelry, costume or fine. The chain is made up of tiny gilt ovals, individually linked to each other, for a flexible, slinky look and feel. It is 22" long and slightly over 1/4" wide. The chain ends in a hook closure.

Excellent condition. All original and looks rarely used, as there is hardly any wear anywhere. Not a missing rhinestone in all that pavé.

Pretty with everything, but I think it looks the most fabulous with black. Simply stunning!
