Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping charges. Most items will be shipped via insured Post/Air/expedited with tracking number.

Restocking Fee:
We don't charge a restocking fee. Shipping costs and non-recoverable fees if paid through Paypal, for instance, are not refundable.

Other Information:
Checks must be made out to PAM FERRAZZUTTI. Canadians will be charged all applicable taxes.
