Standard 9th pl size 2" x 2.5" (5.1 x 6.5 cm)

Very strong image of a distinguished British Gentleman posed against a blue tinted background. His face has been expertly hand-tinted in supple flesh tones. Crisp contrast & well focused. Old seals are present, how old I wouldn't know. They are of a transparent type, either some early onion paper or scotch tape. There are some dust particles trapped under the glass. No identification.

The original uncommon leather Flip Top Case is in mint condition. Please note that the sunlight heightened the reds, they are much less brilliant in reality. A lovely package, a pleasure to look at.
