A stunner! Pure Art Nouveau form. Made by the respected American Silver Company "Pairpoint", New Bedford, Mass. Please see close up of mark. The trophy shaped bowl had originally been lacquered at point of manufacture but had lost some of that protective coating. I had the remainder removed by my silversmith which brought this lovely piece back to its original glory. There are some slight marks of discoloration to the gilding, nothing major. There is no loss to the silver plating. Some very light surface scratches here & there as expected from a piece over 100 years old.
